GWF Destroyer DPS for PVE build

What i didnt: Test it

What it does: Learn Powers, Feats and Ability Scores

What it Doesnt: Slot Powers because you need to do it your self ;)

Now i know why, the file is 0 bytes...
damn i think something went wrong while exporting the skill file?
Dunno when i have the time to make a new one, this one took very long too make.
Because i really have to click every skill manually, in the old version it goes quicker.
